Nearly 900 men and women from a variety of walks of life and at least 14 different faith traditions have taken the ISL experience to their lives and their ministries in 43 states in the USA and 62 countries on 5 continents. They are lay people, single, married and divorced, as well as ordained ministers and members of religious congregations from all over the world. They serve as counselors, educators, spiritual directors, healthcare workers, chaplains, psychotherapists, life coaches, pastoral staff, formators, for-profit and not-for-profit executives and administrators and social workers.

Regardless of their profession, graduates find that the ISL experience enriches their lives and relationships, both personal and professional .
